When we arrived we were told our street view room wasn’t available so they moved us to an ocean view room with its own balcony. What a great way to start a stay. The room felt spacious despite being a normal size. The free welcome drink was a nice treat, although it’s not of your choosing, it’s a Valpo Mule. Breakfast was good (we didn’t eat lunch or dinner here) and the service was great, especially by Michael on June 9, 2023 - he spent quite a bit of time helping us plan out a few activities. Water and coffee maker in the room. Walking distance to plenty of cafes and restaurants. Only two complaints - the sliders on the balcony wouldn’t close right and lock and the shower only produced barely warm water (we admittedly did not try to rectify either so they could have been simple fixes).

I had a comfortable weekend stay. The room was modern and clean with ac. The restaurant downstairs had an awesome view and served great food. An adequate breakfast was served in the same restaurant. A couple things to note: the mattress can use an upgrade and the hotel doesn’t have any common areas to hangout besides your own room. Friendly staff.

Simply a wonderful experience!! Maybe the nicest staff we ever experienced (and we travel a lot). We were there early in the morning, of course we couldn’t get in into our rooms yet, so they offered us a great breakfast on the beautiful terrace watching the port and the sea. For free!! Very nice rooms. And then we had to leave at 7 in the morning the next day, and they simply brought us a breakfast to our rooms before. These guys know how to make their guests happy.
